Parents' Night Out - STEP 1: REGISTRATION

STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Our next Parents' Night Out is scheduled for Saturday, July 26 from 5:30-8:30pm. Cost is $20 for one child, and $5 per sibling. Please sign up by submitting the form below. Deadline to register for Parents’ Night Out is July 24. Due to space limitations, a maximum of 20 children can participate in each Parents Night Out; therefore, in order to take advantage of this great opportunity, it is best to register early and put it on your calendar now! Age range for children is 0 to 12 years.

STEP 2: PAYMENT
Cash or Check ONLY will be accepted at check in. You may pay online via PayPal beforehand (no extra fee - pay with debit/credit card or checking account).

STEP 3: MEDICAL RELEASE
Please download the Medical Release, complete and sign. Bring with you to Parents' Night Out.

NOTE: Please feed your kids dinner before checking them in! We will provide a small snack and drink one time during the evening. Please have your children leave their toys and books at home. We will have plenty of toys and fun stuff to do.
