Wednesday Mornings
Our Wednesday Morning Study meets on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. at Water’s Edge Frisco. We will begin Beth Moore's newest study, James: Mercy Triumphs. James, Jesus' own brother, started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple. Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways, James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any other New Testament book. Topics in this study include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer. Tuesday Evenings
Our Tuesday Evening Study meets on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. at Sondra Haarberg’s home. Sarah Buchkosky will be leading us in a study of 1 John and looking at why John wrote this letter and how we can apply these truths into our everyday life. Please feel free to invite a friend.
