Prepare to fall in love with Flash: a quirky, unlikely hero with gigantic ears, a deafening bray, a personality as big as Texas, and a story you’ll never forget.

Flash: The Homeless Donkey Who Taught Me About Life, Faith, and Second Chances is a heartwarming memoir by Rachel Anne Ridge. After losing her once-successful art business during an economic crash, Rachel felt hopeless—until a scared, scruffy donkey wandered into her driveway. Though others saw him as “worthless,” Rachel took him in, and Flash became a symbol of hope and healing for her struggling family.

Through humorous and touching stories, Rachel shares how Flash helped them rediscover faith, trust, and resilience. This inspirational book offers life lessons, encouragement, and even discussion questions for book clubs—all wrapped up in the unforgettable charm of one quirky donkey.
